Exceptional amenities, exceptional hospitality, we enjoyed the spacious room equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a beautifully designed outdoor swimming pool just steps away from the beach.

my stay at heritage awali exceeded all my expectations. the complimentary 45-minute back massage was a delightful surprise, enhancing my relaxation. each meal was a culinary experience, particularly at the a la carte restaurants, and securing last-minute reservations was surprisingly easy.
the spa facilities could use more shade.

We stayed in a Deluxe Garden View room, and it was spacious and comfortable. The mini-bar was complimentary and restocked daily, which was a nice bonus. Felt pretty cozy with a great shower and a balcony to just chill out. The walk-in wardrobe was super handy too. Only downside was noticing quite a few kids around, but there was a separate pool area for them. Still, it didn’t spoil the vibe!

The baby/kids club was absolutely amazing! Jinny and the team made our holiday so relaxing by looking after our little one. Restaurants offered stunning food, especially the Indian! 🌟 Only downside was some dining unpredictability.

The dining experience was a mixed bag. while the Indian restaurant nailed it every time, the main buffet fell woefully short with minimal selections and a lack of fresh offerings. the process of securing dinner reservations at the a la carte restaurants was downright frustrating—if you didn’t book early, good luck finding a spot. I found the rooms a bit dated and noticed an unpleasant musty smell, which could be annoying for some. Finally, while the beach is lovely, the rocky shore made swimming a bit of a hassle due to strong currents.

The beach access was everything! I loved lounging by the crystal-clear waters and enjoying stunning sunsets right from the comfort of my sun lounger. The buffet breakfast was a feast, with endless options that made my mornings so delightful!
